RecoSpot is a social media platform that provides a simple way to recommend and discover local food & drink spots in Toronto through photos. The platform supports two sets of users: consumers (Spotters) and businesses (Spots). Follow your friends & favourite food bloggers to see what Spots they recommend and discover new accounts that are sharing Spots you might be interested in.

Use RecoSpot to:
* Recommend Spots you like to fellow Spotters by posting photos accompanied by descriptions and hashtags
* Discover cool Spots through your Timeline by viewing where Spotters are going around your city
* Follow Spots & Spotters your are interested in
* Use the “Intend” feature to keep track of Spots you plan to visit by adding them to your “Intentions List”
* Maintain a “Top Picks” list highlighting your favourite 10 spots and participate in the curation of reliable top 10 lists across your city
* Track your “Influence” score, which reflects your positive impact on the RecoSpot community. The more useful our Spotters find you, the higher your “Influence” score becomes
* Engage with fellow Spotters in the community through direct messages, mentions, comments, likes, and more
* As a Spot owner (or manager), identify & interact with your top Advocates in the platform
